Customer Survey

DECAL has contracted with Georgia State University to conduct a customer satisfaction survey in the spring of each year since 2012. The reports reveal the results of surveys distributed to child care providers in child care centers and family child care homes throughout the state. The 2015 survey focused particularly on child care licensing services.

DECAL values the partnership the department has with child care programs and will use the findings in these reports to enhance and improve services to providers who serve the thousands of Georgia’s children in out-of-home child care daily.
