The team accepts calls and answers emails Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., except state holidays. To search for child care on your own, review monitoring visits, and read additional information about providers, use the search tool at www.qualityrated.org. You can also request personalized follow-up help from the Call Center team after receiving your search results. The QR Family Support Call Center’s services are free and the team can communicate with families in English, Spanish, and many other languages.
