Rules and Regulations Review Process

DECAL ACTs to implement recommendations and findings of the Governor’s Executive Order.

On April 5, 2012, DECAL held a webinar to discuss its response to the Governor’s Executive Order mandating each state agency to review their respective rules and regulations to ensure they are not imposing unnecessary burdens on individuals and businesses. We asked for your help and assistance in reviewing the DECAL rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. These recommendations are a result of the combined input of DECAL customers, stakeholders, and staff. The following ACTion plan is being implemented by DECAL to Amend, Clarify and Train to address concerns that were raised as a result of your review and input. Also, for your review and information you will find DECAL’s process for carrying out the Executive Order, the April 5, 2012 Executive Order webinar, and the Governor’s Executive Order.
