CACFP Waiver Requests

This section contains a list of documents from Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) to USDA FNS, requesting to waive specific statutory and/or regulatory CACFP requirements. Waiver requests allow State agencies, as well as CACFP organizations to forego or add flexibility to a specific CACFP requirement.
