QUALITY RATED FAMILY SUPPORT CALL CENTER AT 1-877-ALL-GA-KIDS

Parents and caregivers can get help finding child care and early education resources they need by calling the DECAL Quality Rated Family Support Call Center at 1-877-ALL GA-KIDS (1-877-255-4254) and speaking to one of the Specialists there. All of the Call Center’s services are free and provide families and caregivers with more comprehensive, streamlined child care search and referral help. The Call Center Specialists will search DECAL’s provider database to find high-quality child care programs that match the family’s criteria. Additionally, they will contact the programs to get answers to questions and help with the enrollment process. The Call Center can also connect families and caregivers directly to helpful DECAL programs and services.

The QR Family Support Call Center accepts calls Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., except state holidays. Families can also contact the Call Center team by sending an email to findqrcare@decal.ga.gov or by using the online search tool at www.qualityrated.org to enter their preferences and request personalized follow-up help. The Call Center team can communicate with families in English, Spanish, and many other languages. With so many points of contact, DECAL hopes even more families will utilize the QR Family Support Call Center’s services.
