SFSP Waiver Requests

This section contains a list of documents from Bright from the Start to USDA, requesting to waive specific statutory and/or regulator SFSP requirements. Waiver requests allow State agencies, as well as SFSP sponsors to forego, or add flexibility to a specific SFSP requirement. The waivers are designed to improve Program operations while maintaining program integrity.
