Summary of Hurricane Helene Child Care Impact Survey Responses

The Department of Early Care and Learning (DECAL) surveyed licensed child care programs in counties affected by the October 8, 2024, State of Emergency to assess the impact of Hurricane Helene on the child care industry and inform DECAL’s recovery support efforts. This document summarizes the results of that survey.
