EVALUATION OF THE COST OF CHILD CARE IN GEORGIA

DECAL contracted with Third Sector Intelligence and George Rickus to conduct an extensive data collection and analysis process for evaluating the cost of licensed child care in Georgia. In doing so, DECAL has developed a series of reports detailing the costs related to child care operations throughout the state. For licensed child care providers, these reports provide in-depth analysis of costs related to staff wages, Quality Rated, employee benefits, facilities, and child meals.
