    • Children’s Health: Provides information about childhood obesity, nutrition during pregnancy, eating right at school, and other important child health topics.
    • Nutrition for Infants and Toddlers: Delivers a variety of articles about nutrition for infant and toddlers including food labels for infants, portion size, food allergy information, and more!
  • USDA
    • Child Nutrition and Health: Provides various resources about child health, nutrition, obesity, and physical activity.
    • Infant Nutrition: Provides information about infant and toddler health, infant growth, and development, breastfeeding, and more!
    • Feeding Infants: A Guide for Use in Child Nutrition Programs: Provides information on infant development, nutrition, breastfeeding vs. formula feeding, dental health, transitioning to solid foods, and other useful information.
  • We Can! Eat Right: Provides information about calorie balance, portion sizes, eating out, and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
  • Fuel Up to Play 60: Provides extensive nutrition resources.
  • Nutrition and Wellness Tips for Young Children: Developed to help CACFP child care providers create healthier environments for the children in their care. It includes a series of tips sheets addressing wellness recommendations from the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2010 and Caring for Our Children: National Health and Safety Performance Standards; Guidelines for Early Care and Education, 3rd Edition.
  • MyPlate for Preschoolers: USDA website that provides information about preschoolers’ nutrition and physical activity needs for optimal health and growth. Website also contains printable materials including nutrition education tip sheets, MyPlate posters, sample menus, and more.
  • Feeding Children Infancy to Preschool: Easy to use worksheets that describe a variety of best practices to follow when feeding infants and young children.
  • Preschool Nutrition and Active Physical Play consists of six modules that serve as a resource and training tool for child care and development administrators, directors, teachers, family child care home providers, and food service personnel. This course provides helpful nutrition and physical activity information to positively impact children’s health and well-being.
  • PublicHealth.org: Provides access to nutrition journal articles, free course materials to increase knowledge of nutrition best practices, and professional, research, and public awareness organizations.
