The revocation actions listed on this page have been brought due to non-payment of the annual license fee required by Georgia law, and are not related to compliance with health and safety requirements. Facilities that appeal a revocation are allowed to operate during the appeal process. The official notice of revocation for each facility and the final resolution are maintained below.
